Soft start for the whole cabin?

I have an MPP LV2424 (the green one) fed into a breaker panel that I plan to run 10 13w LED lights, a well pump (already has a large start capacitor), a fridge, a TV and a septic pump controlled by a float valve from this inverter. The specs for this inverter says its max output is around 25 amps and 3000 watts peak. My question is if I find a "soft start" to wire in between the inverter and the breaker panel (basically soft start the entire cabin), would this damage anything that doesn't...
